VenixPin Business guide

How to use VenixPin

VenixPin helps merchants keep postcode checks, delivery records and team operations in one place.

  1. Create a business account

Register your organisation and business administrator. VenixPin reviews business accounts before activating operational features.

  2. Sign in securely

Use your existing business password or request a one-time email sign-in link for your registered business account.

  3. Manage your staff

Owners and administrators can invite colleagues from the Team page. Assign roles so each person has appropriate access.

  4. Validate customer postcodes

Use Validate to check supported NIPOST digital postcodes individually or in a batch. Availability depends on the configured NIPOST service.

  5. Create and manage deliveries

Go to Deliveries. Enter a delivery reference, add recipient details and instructions, and optionally associate a previously confirmed postcode request.

  6. Confirm the customer location

Open an order and generate a secure single-use link. Share it directly with the customer. They can confirm an address, postcode or GPS point without registering, and must consent before submitting.

  7. Assign a rider

Add the rider's details and update delivery statuses. The system records outcomes and notes. It does not track rider GPS or send rider notifications.

  8. Review and export records

Review existing postcode requests and download your organisation's request CSV when needed.

Current limits: SMS-based customer requests are paused until live messaging is connected. Customer confirmation links can be shared manually. Automated SMS dispatch, routing, live rider GPS tracking and payment subscriptions are not yet available. A customer-confirmed postcode does not prove identity or residence.
